1.3 Whilst Industry Supplies Ltd will make every effort to ensure that the site in its entirety is working and fully functioning on a permanent and ongoing basis, we cannot accept any liability for any consequence that may arise from the unavailability of the site or any part of it.
1.4 Any links to or from this website are provided for the benefit of the user and have not been reviewed or assessed by Industry Supplies Ltd. If a user clicks on a link to another site, the user must accept full liability for any consequence that may arise from this action. Industry Supplies Ltd cannot be held liable for the contents or any other material that is found on any other website.

All prices shown on the website are subject to VAT at the current rate, and may be subject to change without prior notice.
3.1 The delivery guidelines given on our delivery page apply onto to UK deliveries. Deliveries to non-UK destinations will be subject to varying delivery times and prices.
3.2 Unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase, all deliveries will be made to the Purchaser’s place of business. Industry Supplies Ltd will not be held liable for anything including loss of
goods, loss of time, or further carriage fees if the Purchaser wishes to have the goods delivered to an alternative address but fails to state this at the time of purchase.
3.3 Where Industry Supplies Ltd makes delivery of the goods to the agreed destination, all charges in relation to the delivery such as transportation, insurance, and unloading, will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.
3.4 If for any reason the Purchaser does not accept delivery of any goods when they are ready for delivery, then the goods will be deemed to have been delivered and the risk will therefore pass onto the Purchaser, including loss or damage that is caused to the goods. In such situations Industry Supplies Ltd may have the goods stored until the actual delivery can be completed, and the Purchaser will be liable for any costs involved in doing so, including transportation, storage, and insurance.
3.5 Industry Supplies ltd reserves the right to complete deliveries in instalments at our own discretion, and failure to deliver any instalment will not entitle the Purchaser to terminate the contract.
3.6 The quantity of any consignment of goods as is recorded by Industry Supplies Ltd or any of our related third parties shall constitute conclusive evidence as to the quantity of goods that is received by the Purchaser, unless the Purchaser can provide conclusive evidence that that proves otherwise.
3.7 Any claim for shortages or damaged goods of any kind must be made directly to Industry Supplies Limited within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.
4.1 Industry Supplies Ltd may at its sole discretion allow returns of non-faulty items within 3 working days of receiving the goods providing that the items are returned in their original packaging, undamaged, unused, and suitable for resale.
4.2 All costs incurred from returning unwanted items must be paid in full by the Purchaser, including insurance.
4.3 Return of unwanted items will incur a fee of £10 plus 10% of the cost of the goods, to cover handling and administration.
- Retention of Title
5.1 Risk to the goods supplied passes to the Purchaser upon delivery, however legal title of such goods shall not pass to the Purchaser until Industry Supplies Ltd have received cleared funds amounting to the full price payable for the goods and all other goods supplied by ourselves to the Purchaser for which payment is then due.
5.2 Until legal title passes, the Purchaser shall therefore hold the goods on a fiduciary basis and shall keep them properly protected, insured, clearly identified and stored separately from any other goods.
5.3 Where legal title has not yet been passed on to the Purchaser, Industry Supplies Ltd has the right to request the return of such goods, and may repossess them from the Purchaser, it’s administrator, liquidator, or receiver if necessary.
5.4 The Purchaser’s right to use or resell the goods shall terminate if any sum that is owed to Industry Supplies Ltd is not paid by the agreed date.
5.5 If the Purchaser breaches any of the Terms of Payment, Industry Supplies Ltd shall be entitled to cancel the contract, suspend any further deliveries, or terminate any outstanding order / quotation without incurring any liability for the consequences of such action.
6.1 If Industry Supplies Ltd establishes that there is a defect in the goods or another failure by Industry Supplies Limited to conform to the terms of the contract of sale, then we shall at our discretion endeavour to replace the goods with such goods that are in accordance with the contract.
6.2 In order to have good replaced, the Purchaser must notify Industry Supplies Ltd of the defect within 3 days of the receipt of goods, and then return the goods according to the instructions given upon communication, in order for them to be inspected by Industry Supplies Ltd to determine if the defect is enough to constitute a replacement.
6.3 In the event that replacement goods are sent out, Industry Supplies Ltd will incur the costs of this.
6.4 Industry Supplies Ltd cannot be held liable for any damage or defect caused by improper handling or storage of the goods once they have been handed over to the courier company for delivery, or indeed once they have been deemed to be delivered to the Purchaser.
If it is deemed necessary, Industry Supplies Ltd may immediately suspend further performance of the contract, cancel delivery of the goods, or indeed stop any goods while in transit from being delivered to the Purchaser if it believes that the Purchaser has been in breach of the contract.

Whilst Industry Supplies Ltd makes every effort possible to ensure that details and information given on our website is accurate at the time of publication, there can be no guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of this information, and as such, Industry Supplies Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or indeed any other consequence that arises as a result of this. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to check with us prior to making a purchase that all of the specifications are to their satisfaction.
- Additional Terms
9.1 Some none-catalogued items may be sourced from various suppliers from both the UK and/or abroad upon request. In this situation, we cannot be held responsible for a failure in the transaction caused by the third party. This includes but is not limited to; delayed or non-delivery of goods, product defects, refusal of returns/refunds.
9.2 While Industry Supplies Ltd makes every effort to source goods from suppliers with favourable delivery and returns/refunds policies, we cannot be held liable in the event that the third party fails to comply with the terms of the transaction with them.
9.3 Any decision made to outsource procurement to us is done so at the risk of the customer, and thus any expenses incurred as a result of doing so, including but not limited to; failed delivery fees, returned items fees, and legal fees, must be paid for in full by our customers.
